Cloud Computing in Australia

• Has any one adopted or in the process of adopting "Cloud Computing" Architecture in Australia ?
• Would be interesting to know what the big telcos Telstra, Optus, Voda, Hutch are doing with this ?
• As I understand "Cloud Computing" roughly equates to "Building Green Data Centers".
